Are you looking for a meaningful way to volunteer your time, make a positive impact, and connect with a dynamic community? The Pro Players Association (PPA) offers a unique opportunity to participate in exciting charity events while working alongside professional athletes, entertainers, and fellow community leaders.

The Pro Players Association is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit community service organization. We are comprised of current and former professional athletes, media and entertainment personalities, and dedicated associate members who work voluntarily to raise funds for worthwhile programs and charities.

Our Mission

"Dedication to Serving and Giving Back to the Community." Since our incorporation in 2002, we have proven this commitment time and time again through hands-on community action.

What We Do

PPA members are active role models for today's youth and champions for those in need. Our events create much-needed interaction between our notable members and the local community. Volunteer activities include:

• Hosting youth sports and coaching clinics

• Playing in charity golf, bowling, and pool tournaments

• Cooking meals to feed the homeless

• Hosting holiday parties for individuals with disabilities

• Mentoring young adults

• Organizing car, truck, and bike shows, music festivals, and live auctions

Our professional members represent a wide variety of sports (including the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, MLS, PGA, PBA, USOC, and more), as well as local and national music, television, radio, and film industries.

Membership Tiers & Annual Dues

Membership is open to individuals ages 18 and older, as well as businesses looking to give back. A portion of your membership dues is tax-deductible under IRS Code 501(c)(3).

• Associate Members ($35/year): For community volunteers and individuals looking to make a hands-on impact.

• Professional Members ($45/year): Reserved for current or former pro athletes, media, and entertainment personalities.

• Corporate Members ($100/year): Designed for local businesses seeking an easy, impactful way to engage employees in community service. Includes volunteer access for up to 5 participating employees with associate-level perks and business recognition.

Have a Larger Team or Looking for Corporate Sponsorship?

For teams over 5 participants, businesses can add individual employee memberships for $15 per person/year. We also offer custom Corporate CSR Packages and Event Sponsorships for larger organizations. Contact us to learn more.

Our Impact

Volunteers are the backbone of our success. Through the dedication of our members, PPA events have benefited numerous vital organizations, including: The ALS Society, Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, The Salvation Army, Food Bank of the Rockies, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Children's Miracle Network, Denver Search & Rescue, Friends of Jake Fund for Service Dogs, and many more.

HONORARY MEMBERSHIP

Former Denver Bronco Chuck Gavin was appointed as an Honorary Charter Executive Board Member of the Pro Players Association and presented a plaque engraved as follows: "In appreciation of your volunteer service, dedication and continued support to the community projects and charitable programs of the Pro Players Association, we hereby appoint you as Honorary Charter Executive Board Member." 

PPA CEO Gary R. Adler visited Chuck on October 27, 2012 at his home where he is bedridden. Although he is immobile he hasn't given up to fighting the cancer. Gary found him in good spirits watching college football. Chuck intends to do his best with rehab to regain strength, get his left side back to working order and get back on his feet again. He expressed his hope to get well enough to go bowling, his favorite activity. 

Chuck was very happy and honored to receive the appointment. 
All of us at Pro Players Association sincerely thank Chuck for many years of friendship, and his devotion and commitment to our organization and the community. We send him our best wishes and keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
